Policy and Shipping

We do our best to ensure that your order is accurate and that you are well pleased with our merchandise. We will correct any shipping errors and replace any defective items that might be inadvertently sent to you.
Copyright items such as books and patterns, as well as cut fabrics, trims, laces, etc., are never returnable unless flawed.  That includes kits. Antique Button cards are often one-of-a-kind collector's items and, as a rule, are not returnable.

Colors can vary slightly from the true color depending on your computer. You can call if you have any questions.  If you have a problem with any merchandise, please contact Jeannie within 4 business days.  Any item accepted for Return will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee, unless it is our error.

Our customers have been very happy with our merchandise, and we hope you will be pleased when doing business with The Old Fashioned Baby. 


Shipping 

Orders are usually processed and shipped in 3 to 5 business days. We ship via US Priority Mail, which takes about 3 days but may take longer. The post office has been running slowly these days. If you have a special order that you would like to receive sooner, please call, and we will try to help you.  We take Credit Cards only.  

We only ship in the United States.

Regular OFB patterns are shipped Free of Charge via US First Class mail.  There is no tracking.  If patterns are included with additional items, regular shipping will apply.
